I saw that as well. What I have is a sql file. You go into PHPmyadmin, and click on importa sql, browse to the file and submit. You are done.

Just build your LinksSQL, do a staggered build and you see all the categories and sub categories. It took me 3 hrs for the build on my clients server. he was pretty happy. :-)
