Well if he's using a proxy you could always block the proxy.
I did this on my old server....just blocked vip.megaproxy.com
So find the proxy he is using and block it.


I wish I could, but a) I'm not online 24/7 (although it sometimes seems that way) to catch him, b) so far, I haven't found an IP that admits to being a proxy using Arin or Amnesi for IP lookup!
