... block/ban a user, previously banned, who continues to use the forum via a proxy anonymizer. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to identify the IP (well, he is using an anonymizer, right?). He occasionally is stupid enough to take a screeshot and post it on another forum but he's in "Guest" mode and I usually don't see it until he has scrolled off the "Who's Online" screen. is there a way to see the IP of guest #46872 after the fact? Is there a list somewhere?

Does anyone else have any suggestions for catching and ridding ourselves, forever, of this guy?
