In The Admin Planel
Database -> Links -> Add


I woud like to block some URLs in the Database.
The URLs are store in a special Table
Ban_id int key autoincrement
Ban_URL char 55
Ban_why Text

When i add a URL it must be compare the url with the Values in the Database

If available then error Message
If not then store the Data Record

Is this possible ?

Please with accurate Anleitung instruction
