Since upgrading to v2.1.1 the following is occuring with the build_pop_cutoff:

No matter what build_pop_cutoff is set to, the number of popular items produced in the cool list is 11. <%link_results%>
The <%total%> tag correctly returns the set value.

Example: build_pop_cutoff set at 9.

What's Cool - The Top 9!

With build_pop_cutoff set at 10, the <%total%> returns 10, but the list still produces 11 results.
