AdvertPro is set up to be a back-end server for a lot of sites. You can set up an AdvertPro machine, and serve ads (like ValueClick, doubleclick and the others do). I'm not sure Adcycle is set up to do that in the same way, at least I haven't tried to do it yet.
That is a great feature. As far as AdCycle serving up ads for multiple sites, I'm running banners on multiple sites (only one Links site). I just created separate groups for the various sites. I have a feeling AdvertPro is probably much more sophisticated in the way it deals with multiple domains/sites.
