Thanks for your reply, I have made serveral tests and understood something.

1. I use to record links into my own index from the online form (I there a cookie there that identify me as ADMIN?) caus even if I register a link with the email address of the real link owner I get the ADMIN instead of the email in the admin panel (in validate links)

2. Same if I want to make this registration directly from the admin panel, if I add a new link from there I just dont have the possibility to put anyting else than admin as email adress

3. I found somehting (which is the worst for me) ... if anybody goes to the online form (on the site) and submit a site without email contact address... the link is submitted !! (on the old version of links SQL 1 it told the registrant that the link cannot be submitted witout valid adress...) how to change this?
