As a newbie, I'm not really looking forward to exposing my ignorance to such a wide audience, but what the hay...
We made use of the "Subcategory" technique whereby you add subcategories by inserting them into the Description field as hyperlinks. Now we are attempting to rebuild our entire category table by deleting the old one and inserting the new one. (Using our recently backed up version). (If you're wondering, its because we'd changed servers and the links weren't relative). Anyway....
I cant seem to get a proper import of this file and continually encounter the following error:
Rows imported: 61
Errors with the following rows:
16: Row count: 15 does not match header count:
etc, etc etc.
Any help available?
