Would you people be able to tell me what would be the best program? IMPORTANT! I would like to control keyword weight, positioning preferences. And to verify submitted URL.

It's between: LinksSQL, Hyperseek, IndexFinger.

wait a few weeks or months and Gossamer Threads will have it's own Altavista style search engine.. right now it's unnamed.. but it's supposed to be almost done..

have you tried the Links SQL online demo yet? Last time I looked you can set index weight on all fields.
