folks, i have a DB of weblinks in filemaker 8.5 that i want to export out of fmpro and into my links 3 directory. Ideally i would like to add several fields of equipment data from the filemaker record and merge it into the description field in Links. Is there an easy way of doing this?

You could try using excel to export it with a delimter, then use link to import.

I've done it without problem. You must have the same fields in the same order and I guess with ";" as delimiter. Then import it maybe with phpMyAdmin. Be careful with your IDs, that you haven't any duplicates. And be careful that all fields which require a value have a value.
