subcats of current cat

I'am looking for a navigation global

i want to display the main categories on every page
but under the current cat i want to display the subcats of this cat

like:

in this example the user is on the catpage cat3
cat1
cat2
cat3
subcat1
subcat2
cat4
cat5

or
in this example the user is on the catpage cat1
cat1
subcat1
subcat2
cat2
cat3
cat4
cat5
