How to make categories alphabetically on different pages?? I hope so...

Hello guru's and trainee-guru's,

I have a lot of categories that I use for lyrics. One categorie per artist. But I have a lot of artists, so I have a lot of categories build. These cats are also build alphabetically by default, that's ok. But what I want is to split these categories by the first letter. So all artists with the first letter A on one page with all the A - artists. B with alle other B artists on a B-page etc...

To be short again: How can I split categories by letter...not all cats on one page.
