I've just upgraded my Outlook-97 to Outlook-2002, I used to be able to click on any hyperlink (URL) and my IE will launched and everything is fine. But now when I click on the hyperlink I reveived the following message: “This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on the computer. Please contact your system administrator.”, I can copy the hyperlink then bring up IE then paste it in the URL then it works. My question is that is there any options that I need to change so I can just click on the hyperlink like before?

You'll probably want to look around your outlook properties or options. I think there is a setting in there that allows you to restrict the actions an HTML email can take. (This way, it'll be one less way you can get hit with malicious javascript)
