Deleting other peoples attachments
There seems to be a bug in that recently someone asked me to delete a post attachment of theirs in a forum I moderate but when I click "Delete Attachment" I get:

Home: Permission Denied
Oops! You are not authorized to view that page.

For 1.1.6, you won't be able to directly use the fixed file because it contains code for handling the edit reason. You should, however, be able to swing it with 1.1.6 if you search for the two "edit_reason" lines, and delete them (should be 557 and 1131).
