open site_html_templates.pl, and scroll all the way to the bottom to sub site_html_print_cat. look for the variable $numlinks and take that out and save & rebuild.

Did you re-build your directory after editing the site_html_templates.pl file?

If so, did you "refresh/reload" your web pages after re-building?
