Universal Date Mod Difficulty
Hi,

I have updated a virtually untouched version of db.cgi with the Universal Date mod and now the script will not even accept the "standard" date format. I do need to search on dates and I do need to allow users to enter US format dates. I have checked several times to see if the problem is my clumsiness but I believe I have made the changes as indicated and I have searched the FAQ and Forum for others with this difficulty to no avail.

Could the problem be with the fact that I'm on a W2000 server? If so why do the original routines work? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks... jervin

I have not had a chance to look over all the files that I just restored to my website. There may very well be an error there.

I suggest you return to your backup copy of your files. You can always add the date translator later when I figure out what the problem is.
