Cool links sorting for some reason not sorted

Unfortunately I do not know when this started Unsure

, but today I noticed my Popular (Cool) Links is not sorted.

http://boatdesign.net/directory/Popular/

Has anyone else seen this?

I'm not sure if it's due to a perl upgrade on the server, the size of my links database, one specific corrupt link, or ???
