I am having trouble trying to import subcategories.

Here is my problem
Errors with the following rows:

2: Row count: 1 does not match header count: (Name FatherID CatRoot CatDepth Full_Name) (Name FatherID CatRoot CatDepth Full_Name)5
3: Row count: 1 does not match header count: (Real Estate Agents 0 0 0 Real Estate Agents) (Name FatherID CatRoot CatDepth Full_Name)5
4: Row count: 1 does not match header count: (Home Inspectors 0 0 0 Home Inspectors) (Name FatherID CatRoot CatDepth Full_Name)5
5: Row count: 1 does not match header count: (Home Contractors 0 0 0 Home Contractors) (Name FatherID CatRoot CatDepth Full_Name)5
6: Row count: 1 does not match header count: (test2 1 1 1 Real Estate Agents/test2) (Name FatherID CatRoot CatDepth Full_Name)5

My excell files looks like this:

Can somebody please help me?
