Update data should stored separately from config
Alex, GT staff,

In LSQL v3.0.3, the GT Update data is stored directly in the Config/Data.pm file.

I think it's not a good idea. The Config is growing & growing, but it should be kept a light, small file.

The Update info should be stored in the Links/Update/Data.pm.
