does someone have a very powerfull classified ads scripts to recommend ?

either CGI or PHP...

my need is :
- spezialized in ads (which is not the case of any GT script)
- mysql based
- template based
- powerfull admin side
- accept different ways of paiement
- if possible generate static pages

can pay reasonable for that
any good suggestion ?
