Who didn't tell you? Your marketing professor? Do you have access to computer labs? If so, I am sure that they have SPSS installed. It is a common stat program taught and used in most Universities.

I mean data collection methods are important, but the analysis is the most important. Getting a bunch of data is one thing, but not analyzing it in a systematic method is not cost-effective or worthwhile, IMO.
