Template Error on "Add new field(s) to table ____"

Template Error on "Add new field(s) to table ____"
I get the dialog asking how many fields and where, and I hit 'go' then poof:

Error Message : fatal undef error: GT::Template::Parser (27584): Unable to open template file '././create_field.txt'. Reason: File does not exist. at GT/Template.pm line 300.

P.S. I've changed $SCRIPT_PATH to the full path which help in a lot of other cases, but not this one.

I get the same error when trying to do the same thing...still no idea what is causing it.

I'll let you know if I find something out.
