hi folks,

im trying to help out a friend by setting up fileman as an alternative to ftp. I've set "/home" as the root directory and everything works as far as uploading and editing. What I'm trying to do is to figure out a way for people to be able to download from their home directories which are not being published to the web.

I realize that if my root were something lie "/home/httpd" then downloading would not be a problem. any ideas on how to download for files not being published in this way?

any help greatly appreciated.
