I have Windows running MS Personal Web Server. I've installed Active Perl and cgi.pm. Followed the instructions in the README in fileman.zip. How do I test fileman.cgi?

I looked at the demo page and noticed that the form's action calls for "manage.cgi." Is that the same as fileman.cgi?
