I tried all that. I can access my directory fine and download a file fine as long as I don't put a password on it. When I password protect the directory
it will not let me download anything. Tells me it can not find the page. I know you are sick of me, but I'm usually not as stupid as this problem makes me
look. HELP HELP if you can.

Please Rosemary, can you do as Charlie and I asked and reply in the same thread instead of starting new ones. If someone wishes to find the solution to this problem in the future they will have to look though 4 threads instead of one.

Hi Rosemary, can you post the url for a password protected directory? I want to see what the error is. Does the username/password box even pop up when you try to access the directory in a browser?
