As admin, should I be able to see all files under the users directories??

I see the directories, but I don't see any files that I know are there.

Is this a setting or do I have to log out and log-in as the respective user (i see the files that way)?

Hi,

You should not be able to see files under users directories in Admin section, but you can have full access to directories as a user.
