Can anyone give me a rundown of the structure for where the FileMan files should be set up? I know there's some flexibility there, but I'm not sure how the security will work with the password files.

For example:

root/demo/fileman.cgi ?
root/demo/.htaccass and .htpasswd ?

root/cgi-bin/fileman.cgi ?
root/cgi-bin/fileman/fileman.cgi ?
root/cgi-bin/fileman/demo/fileman.cgi ?

And does the fileman.log file need to go in the same directory as fileman.cgi ?
