Just wonder how many person can access the script at a time? It seems relative slow if more people trying to access fleman.cgi ...
Does it require a very powerful server???

The problem is that the script is flat file based and accessing the fileman.cgi is slow, especially if you are on a virtual host. It is quicker on a dedicated host, but even then creating folders/files is time-consuming with multiple users doing that at the same time.

Well, that depends on the number of people we are talking about. If it is less then say 100 users, then flatfile is going to be faster then sql.
