FileMan is, without a doubt, the fastest, most feature rich browser based FTP client I've had the pleasure of installing and using.

What I'd like to see more than any other feature would be the ability to login to any FTP site from the login screen. (Login screen would ask for: Host: Username: Password: Home Dir:) I have a different cgi script I use for this purpose but it would be much better if I could work on all of my FTP sites with just one install of FileMan.
