Cannot exec
For some reason, I cannot execute the script. Does anyone know what would cause this? I believe all my permissions are correct.

i had a similar problem...

i had a unix web server and after transfering the files from a pc, the text file fileman.cgi and dos control characters in them... (^M)... once i removed them, the script executed perfectly.
