please i am getting this message downhere so please any one can help me
iam using win98
personal web server (microsoft)
please advice me

As stated in the README file, flock does NOT work in Windows 98 servers. So, change the following variable in the links.cfg file:

$db_use_flock = 1;

to the following:

$db_use_flock = 0;

BTW: Since you are using a Windows server, you should ONLY post questions about installation in this forum.

Also, please add Replies to exisitng Topics that DIRECTLY relate to your issues...Like there were two flocking Topics with the very same title in this forum this morning...one word: annoying.
