Category Problem
I've created some categories in admin.cgi but they don't appear in my index page, my add page, and all others.

1) Please do not post duplicate Threads in the forum.
2) We are volunteers who are here to help, but posting a duplicate thread in another forum within minutes of each other is annoying and takes for granted the assistance that is provided in the forums.
3) When installing cgi scripts or any software for that matter, you should actually READ the README file, because you plainly ignored it.
4) I've already responded to your original thread in the Links 2.0 Discussion Forum.

So, did you try doing a Build All, if so, was it successful? If not, what error do you get? 1 line posts really don't help us help you very much! Wink

Wanna make a bet????

Did you read my reply to your original thread, buddy?!?!!?!?!

YOU NEED TO ADD LINKS AFTER ADDING CATEGORIES IN THE ADMIN.CGI SCRIPT NOT IN THE ADD.CGI!!

READ THE README FILE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!

The admin page is the very page you used when you had added your categories. As Eliot indicated, you have to rebuild your database to be able to view the categories.
