Does anybody know how to set permissions on an NT server from a remote location?

You can not set your NT permissions remotely.
You will need to cantact your sysadmin and tell them to change the permissions for you.
if you have telnet access there is a way to do it from the command line. But I doubt you have telnet on an NT server. Not many Hosting companies have Telnet on NT for security reasons. Hope this helps.
If you have problems with your Hosting Company Check out VPWebhosting (www.vpwebhosting.net).
They will be more then happy to serve you. Very Very Good Hosting Company...All of my Scripts have worked on there NT Servers and when I needed config changes made they would make the changes instantly.
