When I click 'Build' I get the following error:
cgi-parse-output reports: the CGI program H:\Netscape\SuiteSpot\install\perl.exe did not produce a valid header (program terminated without a valid CGI header (check for core dump or other abnormal termination)

When I try to add a link it get this error:
Error Message: fatal error: Can't locate Time/Local.pm in @INC at I:/Netscape/docs/cgi-bin/links/admin/links.cfg line 160.
