I have a problem setting up the permissions for my files. I also need help setting up the links.cfg file. Any and all information you could give me would be a huge help!

1) If you do not have physical access to your server, then your hosting company has to change the permissions for you.

2) In terms of the path settings in the links.cfg file, like $build_root_path, you need to include the FULL ABSOLUTE PATH, INCLUDING THE DRIVE LETTER WHERE YOUR FILES ARE LOCATED...like the following:
