I'm not new to HTML, but I am VERY new to CGI scripts and the like.... I'm having the hardest time figuring out what "chmod" means and what "Set the permissions" means ^^;;.... I read the README.... but I don't understand half of it... I'm stuck on 2.
Help?

Chmod means change mode. It is really only used on Unix platforms to set access permissions on files and folders (read/write/execute). Since you are on a Windows system you don't have to worry too much about this.
