mine nph-build.cgi is not working...
what could be wrong
i am goign to be crazy ,tried many things but still not working

Unfortunately this does not tell us a lot, but I did notice that it is pointing to cgi-bin/nph-build.cgi, this file is normally contained in the admin folder, is this path correct?

Do you upload in ascii?

Failing this try changing to nph-build.pl and call the file straight from your browser, some NT servers are fussy about .cgi files, although I note that the admin.cgi file is working.

Did you set the $db_iis variable to 1 in the links.cfg file, like the following:
