I've tracked some problems I've had with building pages and verifying links to the inability of my system to correctly run modules (or so it seems).

What is the minimum specs on Apache and Perl for being able to use modules?

Does anyone have some general pointers on what could cause perl not to use modules like Validator.pm and Templates.pm?
