Some web hosts do not allow you to execute nph files from the web. they must be done from telnet.

I have the same problem, and I think it must be the nph files. However, I don't have telnet access to my server, and my ISP doesn't support this feature. What else than telnetting can I do about it?

This has been discussed before in the CGI/Perl Forum. There are codes you can add to an nph file that will allow them to be executed.

There are also some instructions in this Forum of how to change the extension to something similar to nph if you are on a particular server.

Hope this helps.
