I ran the nph-build.cgi from telnet and it works. But when I try and run it from the web page I get this error ---

Error Message : unable to open what's cool page: /export/ns-home/docs/links/pages/Cool/index.html. Reason: Permission denied

how do I make it write to those files and not have to go through telnet and change the permissions?
