Recently, I switch my hosting company, after that I get 500 internal server error when I try to add a link by add.cgi

But the links already come to admin panel for validate. When I try to validate it show the following message above the site:



The above mentioned line shows according to the links number that I validate. I mean, if I validate 3 links then it show 3 times.

Most likely related to your sendmail or smtp configurations. If they are not correctly configured and you have set the variable to send validation emails to the admin, then you will receive an Internal Server Error.

Double check your links.cfg file to make sure that you have the correct sendmail path or smtp var configured correctly.

In terms of that other error you received, it looks like you have a mis-configured Linux RedHat package....
