How do I add a link, to each of the categories that I created, so that it allways remains at the top of each category and is allways the first link even when other links are added later on. I want this link to be a sponsor link. (I'd like to be able to change this link if necessary in the future). In other words I want to add a link that shows up as the first link; even when other links are added.

if you want the same link on each page then just hardcode it into category.html

Naw, I want to add a different 'permanent' link to each appropriate category. For example: for the Category TELEPHONE, I want to add a permanent pertinent sponsor link to free telephone service for example. For the category CABLE, I want to add a link to a cable sponsor for example.

How about using the built in category "Header" function in the admin area..
