i typed my link

wind.prohosting.com/qmpobox/cgi-bin/links/admin/admin.cgi

but it just say Internal Server Error

can someone tell me why?

my links.cfg setting is below:

can someone help me?

Please search before posting. You _must_ use full paths. Also don't build your pages inside the cgi-bin.
