When trying to validate a link, I get the following error:

fatal error: Template: Can't find template: /usr/local/apache/links/cgi-bin/admin/templates/email-del.txt at /usr/local/apache/links/cgi-bin/admin/Template.pm line 41.

The file does exist at that location and is world readable. I did install all files via ASCII mode. I've setting up using site_html.pl as opposed to using the templates, so this is kinda new.
