fatal error:Template.pm did not return a true value
This is the error I receive everytime I try to run the programs. I'm sure it is something simple.

fatal error: /usr/sites/usa-sites.com/htdocs/testing/cgi/admin/Template.pm did not return a true value at /usr/sites/usa-sites.com/htdocs/testing/cgi/admin/db_utils.pl line 503.

Make sure Template.pm was uploaded in Ascii, and the upload was completed succesfully.
