cannot build categories

cannot build categories
When I build a category with the adminpage I can't view it after I build it.
What could be the problem.
And when I hit a link with the jump.cgi file it ask me if I would download the file...

Hope you people can help me...

Check all your paths and permissions once again. Check and re-check your configurations in links.cfg. Make sure you uploaded your files in ASCII, not in binary.

Generally, if you happen to stumble over a problem also check this forum, answers to almost all problems related to Links can be found by using the search function.

The urls are all correct!
