add.cgi file is not found
Everything in the script is working except add.cgi
I can add links from the admin area, but not from the page where the public posts.
What is wrong??
There is alsow one more problem.
I can't get in the the What's New page.
There is something wrong!! Help me!

That isn't very helpful to anyone. We need to know what problem(s) you are encountering.

Your fisrt question is likely to boil down to the incorrect configuration of links.cfg

It fixed some things at the links.cfg file.
But it still isen't working.
I can go to the add.cgi file,but when I try to add a resource it comes up an International Error or something.If you go to the page you can see your self.
The pages is on Norwegian, but you know what to put in the fields and it look much like english.
I only got one categori and I don't care witch link it is.
I can just delete it later.
The url to the page is:http://www.ungdoms-start.f2s.com/links/cgi-bin/add.cgi

And when you are at the page.
Klikk on the link named Nye Linker.
It means What's New or New links.

The add page doesn't work for me.

Chmod the cgi files according to the README and make sure you use full paths in links.cfg
