Everything is working fine, but is I check my .db files the url.db is filling but the email.db is staying empty. Am I missing a variable somewhere?

The url.db grows as your links.db grows...It extracts the ID and URL from the links.db file to be used for the jump.cgi script. The url.db and email.db files are mutually exclusive.
What do you mean logged? Do you mean that no user names or email addresses are added to the email.db file?
If so, double check the permissions of the email.db file...it should be 666 (rw-rw-rw-). Also make sure that you have correctly configured the $db_email_name variable correctly in the links.cfg file.
