I have been reading all of the different posts on how to import existing
links page...so I downloaded Spider Pro..and I am still a bit confused as
to what Im doing.

Can anyone give me a step by step process of what I need to do to
accomplish the following:

I have four categories:

Free classified sites
Pay based classified sites
Charity Links
Business resources

I only want to add previous links to A.) Free classified sites
and B.) Pay based sites

So using Spider pro I save a file with the url's where all of my
links are located..I open the file in the "To do list" and click
"Start Indexing"

Now what do I do from here to place these links into the two
different categories I stated above?
