Unable to open index.count ???
This is the error message I get:

Error Message : unable to open count file: '/home/dgessler/public_html/cgi-bin/dir/admin/data/hits/index.count'. Reason: Permission denied
Script Location : /home/dgessler/public_html/cgi-bin/dir/admin/nph-build.cgi
Perl Version : 5.00503


Would I need to chmodd index.count? It's permissions right now are 644.
